Ingredients: 300g ladyfingers, 150ml milk or strawberry juice, 250g mascarpone, 250g quark, 400g whipping cream, 150g sugar, 50g desiccated coconut, 1 package of Raffaello chocolates, and about 800g fresh strawberries.
Wash the strawberries. Dice about 300g, purée 250g, and reserve the rest for decoration. Whip the cream until stiff and chill. Roughly chop the Raffaello chocolates, reserving a few for decoration.
Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and desiccated coconut until creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream and then divide the mixture in half. Mix the diced strawberries and chopped Raffaello chocolates into one half, and stir the strawberry purée into the other half.
Briefly dip the ladyfingers in milk or strawberry juice and arrange them on the bottom of a dish. Spread the Raffaello-strawberry cream over the sponge cake and, if desired, add a little strawberry puree. Arrange a second layer of soaked sponge cake on top and cover with the strawberry cream.
Decorate with the remaining strawberry puree, fresh strawberries, and Raffaello chocolates. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4–5 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
